Yet I filed a police report with photographic evidence (they wouldn’t let me upload video) from my dash cam of the moment a driver backed into me in a drive thru and damaged my bumper. This is not because I’m a snitch, it’s because if I ever want to go to insurance about it then they will demand a police report to prove it happened.
