Comment on Tory candidate shared post using foul language towards struggling parents
Borkingheck@lemmy.world 8 months agoMy local library has signs up asking us to use the services as much as possible. Everything is recorded for budget reasons. They can justify there place if they can show we have x visitors for y.
Why are they doing this? So the council can decide which library is under performing so it can be closed so people can go to the big library in the city centre.
It’s a terrible plan.

That’s disgraceful. Got to feel for the people working there, knowing that their jobs are on the line with pretty much no control over the outcome.
