Idk. If you’re always tired and need 10 hours of sleep everyday, there might be something wrong with your lifestyle. Being active is what gives me energy.
When you work 10 hours a day of hard labor work ( both mentalky and physically ) and you come home tk a farm and you do some cycling/strenght training with weightd on the side you do need 8-9 hours of sleep every day ( I on average do 24k steps a day so somewhat active )

Where I live that’s the most common lifestyle, so my view is molded by that
