If you enjoyed the movie then it was a good movie. Donât listen to the naysayers, your opinion counts. đ

I just watched How to Train Your Dragon and I thought it was excellent.
But then I read reviews. People have said it ruins the books and turns them into a generic coming-of-age plot, and also if you liken Hiccup to an autistic person, it describes how society shits on autistic people and glorifies them when they exhibit savant like moments.

I havenât seen this movie or read this book, however I enjoy other perspectives on art. It actually helps solidify your opinion in some cases or it can open your eyes to ideas you might not have considered.

was this the life action or the cartoon?
But also; fuck the reviews. Your experience is your experience and what you take away is just that.

Seconded on fuck the reviews.
Our entire world is run on and infinite treadmill of criticism. Your subjective experience is the only voice that matters when it comes to art and media.
