I’ve been trying to work out how you would hold the thing together. If serving cold melted cheese would work. For hot all I can come up with is a special mold and a really big deep fryer that can fry it all in one piece.

I was thinking on toothpicks like a grapefruit hedgehog, but mounted on some kind of large foam cone.

You could end up with a chicken volcano. A cone of chicken built around a fondue pot.
