No, but seriously, the best thing is to be stronger, move to platforms etc without control, spying and disgusting incentives and algorithms, and if you truly care for others show them how to use those too.
It’s not easy but it can be done. That’s truly love.

Not really, closest is Jitsi Meet or Element Call. Personally I think and have experienced video calling on federated services are/as abismal though, you’re better off sticking to centralised like Signal.

Anything with video call will almost invariably not have any other features you’re looking for.
