It really IS a beautiful city.
Every suburb I have lived has had beautiful public spaces within walking distance of most people.

Took the Minipeelers to The Lume for the last time. It was a tradition for us, and we went to almost all of the exhibitions there. The city is a lot more beautiful than I remember
Image I’ve loved Polly Woodside since I was a child. It always amazes me that they sailed from Dublin over the open ocean in that tiny little ship. Those sailors must’ve been pretty gutsy.

Melbourne in Autumn is magical. As it is in Winter, Spring and Summer. It’s such a beautiful city. Sorry to hear about the end of tradition but also so happy you kept it up! I wonder what will take over the space.
