  (my emergency early morning anxiety goto - in case it helps.)

  Blanket burrito yourself, STAT. Close eyes. What are all the noises you hear? What’s the furtherest away noise? Listen. As you calm notice warmth and texture. If you can get down another notch notice breath. Can you listen, feel, breathe all together?

  And the ball is legit but you have amazing strength. Reach out if you need anything practical (food, transport, etc) to get through.
