Was tired but had meal with a friend who invited another person because she figured we would get on. We did. New friend? Itās nice. I am not good with understanding that people might like me. Even when we have demonstrably been mates for decades. But I try. Itās nice to be rewarded with a good night out and no anxiety.

Thank you. Itās a thing that is a bit broken in my mind. I know objectively that I am loved but I just have to physically remind myself. Like āwhy does this person sound excited to catch up?āā¦ Oh yeah because they are my friend. I have no trouble feeling friendship towards othersā¦? Just a broken connection somewhere.
I really appreciate that I can share this stuff here. It helps. A lot
