To physically lose weight boils down to simple arithmetic. Calories in minus calories out. If that number is positive, you’ll gain weight. If it’s negative you’ll lose weight. Calories out mainly being your exercise. If that is difficult, you need to reduce calories in. It really is that simple.
The problem comes with aspects of health that aren’t physical. You clearly touched on a number of issues that drove you to this spiral. You need to make sure your mental health is in check. Address the mental health issues while you tackle the physical issues.
