Can I be real with you for a little? I got broken up with by the girl that got me to start working again. The moment I got into okish shape, she dipped. The ones I have met via the apps, have asked me to get back to my old self.
I didn’t know what that means, but I am far from someone who needs advice(even though I do need to lose a few inches from my waistline). But I don’t need to be reminded! I do a good enough job of insulting myself.

From what I understand you avoided the worst of it, and for that you can be proud. It’s not an easy road.
The clip wasn’t meant as a reference to your life, but to other people who get stuck in a moment for decades.

It’s all good. It would be better if I hadn’t lost all the progress I made on my health. But it is getting better.
