I know itâs very boring, but I actually donât mind eating the same thing all the time. I still go out to dinner and get takeout sometimes but I just feel better (mentally as well) when Iâm eating fairly clean.
Iâm the same, I donât mind the same food, in a way it makes life easier, not thinking about what to eat is one less thing on which to waste my time
and I wish I was eating âcleanâ , but Iâm eating cleaner than I was, which is something
