Fyi blocked people can still message and see your messages on Lemmy. It isn’t like Reddits shadow block system where they can’t see or criticise you anymore.

I for one much prefer it that way. People abused it too much to “win” arguments like the dude up there did. Also to spread misinformation unchallenged.
It’s pointless anyway as creating an Alt account is easy
the act of locking people out of a conversation is something we should never have tolerated on reddit. i railed against it from the moment they made the change.
