That is the rub. If he feels unsafe in El Salvador because of his gang connections, we could put him in prison here. I doubt many third party countries would want to take a known gang banger. It’s weird, only in America do we want to import violent criminals.

No, the UK imports violent criminals too. But yeah even Canada, for all of its faults, doesn't seem to import violent ones.
