Mostly because they’re stupid but the left complaint is that he was sent to El Salvador when the court said he couldn’t be sent there. That is a legit issue and needs to be resolved

He’s an asylee. He sought, and was granted, asylum in the US.
He has not been convicted of any crime, yet he is in prison.
