the fact you train is cool, any ache is worth it. 😘
I’m not quite young anymore and feel unfit and out of shape, at the same time I am always shocked when my fitbit tells me I’m in the top tenth percentile for fitness for my age. wtf, most people my age must be slugs if I’m the fit one
