He stole everything from Fellini and Godard but he did it the right way. I guess it’s more of a lifelong tribute and I dig it 😂
I immediately knew from the thumbnail too. I remember the first time I saw French Dispatch that opening scene came on and I thought " this is the most Wes Anderson scene I have ever watched" and busted out laughing.
I guess if the world burns down at least we got one more Anderson flick out of the deal
