  Santa keeps a naughty and nice list and only gives gifts to nice kids, and coal to naughty kids. The woman is asking him if he’s naughty in a sexual manner, he says yes, she reveals she’s in fact not a dominatrix or whatever and is Santa Claus instead trying to figure out if the man is naughty or nice
