All kinds! Butter beans turn into chewy morsels, garbanzos become crunchy little nuts, and red/black beans become a little puffy.
I’ll toss them with some oil and chili lime seasoning and eat them by hand, put them on a saucy burrito or veggie wrap, crunch them up into chili, there’s all sorts of ways to eat them!
