Some of them said they could see me doing it but added the caveat of having to deal with behaviour issues and me not being tough enough. Family said I’m not tough enough. Teachers said how behaviour and workload is making them want to quit.
I’ve applied to volunteer in schools and am waiting to hear back :)

Well you sometimes never know how you’ll adapt and change or fit into the situation.
I could ask work about volunteering if you’d like.
What sort of positions did you ask to volunteer for or just asked in general?

I’ve signed up to be a learning support volunteer, with the hope of applying for LSO jobs when I get some experience.

My work is based in East St Kilda and we’re a primary school so might not be what you’re looking for.
