  I solve this by not going to the supermarket in person and not even looking at or clicking on the biscuit or junk food pages on the supermarket website

  if i do buy lollies or biscuits while I am out I eat a few then throw the rest away. I find much of the enjoyment is in the buying not the eating so buying and throwing away I still get some enjoyment

    I used to do that with cigarettes. I’d leave the pack with the bartender as a tip. Someone in a bar always smokes. I haven’t smoked any tobacco since early covid times, and that was just a joint that made me throw up. Also ruining the mood for the uhh catchup.
