If taken on an empty stomach, yes. That can make me nauseous - same with other types of pills and black tea!

TW nausea, vomiting
Has anyone else ever become nauseous and/or thrown up after paracetamol? I’m talking only two 500mg Panamax at 11am and two more tablets at 4pm, so pretty sure I didn’t take too much or too close together. It was the second dose that caused problems. I don’t see any recalls on the tablets but am not taking any more. Still feeling nauseous from yesterday.

Hmm… I had eaten a tiny bit but nothing substantial. Thanks, it’s a relief to know that it could just be that.

I got the headache first but maybe it was the heat

That would the throwing up that gave you the headache I’m assuming

I’ve been taking 2 x 500mg panamax every four hours for the past week, and also ibuprofen and antibiotics. I have been experiencing some nausea which probably has been from the latter meds, but also felt it when I was only taking the panamax. I hope it goes away soon.

I wonder if the lack of a coating on Panamax means it releases faster and is harder on the stomach.
Thanks, I’m rehydrating and having some crackers.
