This is already live in several other states. Companies have begrudgingly adjusted to it mainly, with most posting the range and the “likely” salary. Other companies are still not posting salary, but you can report them for breaking the law, and ignore them as an employer, as they are clearly hiding the salary for a reason.

Well, that was basically the top-post when this was introduced to New York City as well. It does not seem like it has been much of a problem.
