Who’s that and what’s the context
Pretty sure that’s Laura Ingraham giving the nazi salute to trump is 2016
She was waving.
However, she started her wave with a stiff arm and a stern face before smiling and waving, baiting this exact picture to be taken so they could scream about persecution some more.
Sounds like a dogwhistle. And in all honesty, I think they should be persecuted.
