Round 2 of use it, or lose it:

I opened a jar of simmer sauce (garlic and honey I think), you know those ready made marinades for chicken. It says use within 3 days. I opened it on Sunday and only used half. No mold that I can see - probably okay to finish today?

Skull it or chuck it?

Make sure it’s heated well and you’ll be fine. But if you don’t eat it today, bin it.
