- Comment on What am I supposed to do with all this blood now? 3 days ago:
Ore forebears’ masters were money-grubbing cunts, this is true. Let’s not pretend old matey in the pits was actively participating in the enactment of policies which caused death and emigration on scales unbeknownst before.
Our masters are now too, but at least they pretend not to be. Although they still don’t teach kids about the empire properly.
- Comment on Britain will rejoin the EU within 15 years, former Brussels chief predicts 3 days ago:

- Comment on It’s too late to save Britain from overheating, says UN climate chief 3 weeks ago:
It’s hard not to be a doomer with news like this - I’m glad I’m not having kids is all I can think about when I read this; I don’t want to think about what the world is going to look like when I’m (not much) older.
- Comment on Deaths outstrip births in UK for first time in nearly 50 years 3 weeks ago:

- Comment on Two UK water companies lack complete maps of sewage networks 6 months ago:
That’s sort of besides the point really, though, no?
If you’re tasked with maintaining a structure (lol) you can be expected to perhaps attempt to know where all the bits you’re responsible for are aren’t you?
But then again, Severn-Trent uses dousing rods to find water mains so who knows what they he’ll they’re actually doing.
