On Windows Paint is like Notepad. Barely functional. There are layers now though, which is a step into right direction. For anything decent you need 3rd party software.
Or use online editor like Photopea. Checked just now and you can warp text there.

This applies to almost everything tech related whenever there is an official support and non-standard issue. These people (or bots) just follow some script and as soon as there is a bit more complex or non-standard situation, they will have no clue what to do because they are not technical.
As far as Microsoft Support Community goes, if issue is popular there often is a decent answer deeper in thread, do not focus on ″best answer″.

Nothing is 100%. Obviously it is not a common thing, but organized begging is a thing. Another problem is that your ″bread″ money could become ″meth″ money.

- Comment on [Même] Which movie was this for you? 1 month ago:
I filtered in IMDb movies where I have voted 7+ while user rating is up to 6 and these jumped out seemingly panned by both critics and users.
- Gods of Egypt. Visually great, standard action story, don’t get the dislike at all.
- Tremors 4: The Legend Begins. I have watched most Tremors movies, have given them 6+. The one I disliked most was Tremors: Shrieker Island which I have rated 3.
- Iron Sky. Do not remember a single thing, but it looks fun. Probably will rematch soon.

Absolute trash for me as well. I watched it alone when I was slightly drunk, thinking oh boy, let’s put on something scary. Absolutely nothing happened. Few movies have left me angry. Insane it has such good critic score.

Blair Witch′s whole shtick of being the first (at least well known) found footage film is interesting from historical perspective, but that’s about it. Much better than Paranormal Activity though.

Don’t remember much of it besides the tattoo scene, but I recall it being alright for this type of movie. Weaker version of Dumb and Dumber maybe?

I remember Sucker Punch being visually pretty, it was the story and overall vibe that was awful.
Valerian was pretty cool, I have given it 7 in imdb. Seems like it globally has mediocre rating. For comparison I have given 3 for Sucker Punch.
- Comment on And 299999999 is divisible by 13 1 month ago:
Never realized there are so many rules for divisibility. This post fits in this category:
Forming an alternating sum of blocks of three from right to left gives a multiple of 7
299,999 would be 999 - 299 = 700 which is divisible by 7. And if we simply swap grouped digits to 999,299, it is also divisible by 7 since 299 - 999 = -700.

The Book of Unwritten Tales comes to mind. It’s nowhere near as grandiose as any of your described games, but I fondly remember it being a very charming and wholesome experience. If that’s the feeling you seek, you might enjoy it.

No need to pretend Marvel movies stopped being money generators. Newest Deadpool & Wolverine generated worldwide 1.3B USD, ranking it 21st top grossing movie of all time. Domestic 633M USD, China 60M USD.
- Comment on I found a weird IP address on my network that had transmitted an insanely small amount of data. I put the address in my browser and got this. what the heck am I looking at? 2 months ago:
Besides the MAC lookup suggestion, have you tried to simply find hostname in local DNS by reverse IP lookup, maybe that would shed some light.
Not sure if there is anything useful, but in browser just check site source, maybe there is something useful there that could help with identification.
In nmap you can attempt to guess OS, try that. Additionally it might be possible to get hostname as well.
And have you checked your router to see if this connection is connected to your Wi-Fi AP or Ethernet to narrow things down? If it is not possible to determine this from router, simply connect your main PC to Ethernet, disable AP in router settings and check if IIS site is still up. If it is not, enable AP again, does it come back early or it takes some time?
Lastly, if it still is a mystery, start powering off devices one by one to find the source. Based on comments it seems you have multiple devices, but I assume it would not take that long?

- Comment on How is Lemmy better than Reddit? 4 months ago:
While decentralised systems can be useful it will not be the future. Initially everything was decentralised and then we moved to centralised systems because they are easier to manage, easier to secure, cheaper. The main benefit for decentralisation is that you are not tied to single organization that dictates all the rules. If reddit would have better management, I would move back.

True, although I think there usually are either signs or site admins give heads up when site is soon to go under. Doubt Reddit or Twitter will be dead any time soon.

I honestly do not think Internet Archive even should be archiving such behemoths like Reddit or Twitter. Only thing it should keep would be currently dead sites.
Even worse when people are accessing these posts through Archive even when there is a live copy. A lot of storage and bandwidth wasted.

Interesting observation, but maybe it is just a coincidence since I am not aware these numbers appearing anywhere? Found this reddit thread that talks about same thing.
Here’s an interview with controller′s designer that explains the meaning behind symbols. I think number theory is just a coincidence since I think it would be mentioned in this interview as well.
Other game companies at the time assigned alphabet letters or colors to the buttons. We wanted something simple to remember, which is why we went with icons or symbols, and I came up with the triangle-circle-X-square combination immediately afterward. I gave each symbol a meaning and a color. The triangle refers to viewpoint; I had it represent one’s head or direction and made it green. Square refers to a piece of paper; I had it represent menus or documents and made it pink. The circle and X represent ‘yes’ or ‘no’ decision-making and I made them red and blue respectively. People thought those colors were mixed up, and I had to reinforce to management that that’s what I wanted.

- Comment on Has google stopped working for finding anything? 11 months ago:
Agree, assumption that this movie should be found based on OP’s provided description is a bit ridiculous, it all depends on keywords and how unique they are and popularity on medium. Read the summary of this book and found the book later with query “magician monster dimension book movie adaptation”. Keyword magician most likely helped here.
Tried to find Equilibrium with “movie with guns karate” and it was mentioned in first page as well.
- Comment on What's up with Epic Games? 11 months ago:
Steam and GOG are simply better platforms overall. If you really care about being DRM free and owning your games you go GOG route, otherwise Steam is the king. Epic does not even have a review system.
Epic however is the best source of free games on PC. A lot of the latest games I have played have been from Epic giveaways. Right now they have Outer Worlds and yesterday it was Ghostwire: Tokyo, both of these games I played few months ago after purchasing them through Humble Bundle.
Will I ever buy a game on Epic? Probably not, I prefer Steam, but those that simply refuse to redeem freebies and install their launcher while shouting things like it being spyware are weird.
- Comment on The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Choice Edition | Free on Epic Game 11 months ago:
If you have heard bad things about this edition performance wise, it’s in the past. Played it around 1 or 2 months ago and had no issues whatsoever.
Game itself is quite good. Liked Fallout better, but had fun with this one as well. Combat might get a bit dull after a while, but everything else was alright. Main story was solid, but don’t expect anything groundbreaking, same goes for side missions and DLCs. World / atmosphere was really cool, companions and dialog options were a lot of fun. You can take the usual evil/good path and slightly change the world (available missions) around you.

All bigger chains I have visited seem to have paper like bags for bread stuff. Plastic bags also exist, but those are usually in other grocery sections.
In theory you could pack it in your own container if you wish, do not think anyone would have issues with that, but I have never seen anyone doing that.
