  I mean obviously you’d use DMSO or glycerol, I just didn’t want to get too technical. That being said I’ve always snap-frozen bacteria with LN2 and it worked just fine. Now for eucaryotic cells, sure, you’d want to go slow.

  You’d actually want to freeze them as fast as possible, to prevent the growth of large ice crystals that would tear the cell apart. That’s why you do it by dunking them in liquid nitrogen. But yeah frozen bacteria are basically immortal.

  Great news. Hooded horse has maybe the best portfolio when it comes to strategy-ish games these days, from Workers and Resources to After the Storm. Surely they will put this legendary licence in good hands.

  MK8D would be perfect if only battle mode wasn’t such a mess. If they could just take MK64 battle mode and implement it exactly as is in MK8D, it would be perfection.

  Heaven’s Vault is a great game with a good story, interesting world building and beautiful music, the execution is a bit clunky though. The good news is it seems a new addition to this universe is in development!

  The rover only has environmental testing to go through and is otherwise ready. So since they are launching the rocket anyway, just use the rover without testing instead of a mass simulator. What’s the worst that could happen?
