Actually, manifolds and differential geometry was the best part of my undergrad studies and it applied nicely to GR.

Nope, it still gives market share to Mozilla, something I prefer to avoid.

Yeah, yeah. Whatever, mate.

No extensions, AFAIK. Maybe Edge has it, not sure tho. I just use the inbuilt adblocker+ControlD and 0 ads.

I consider Mozilla useless nowadays. It just exist for CEOs and the likes to grab Google’s money while asking for donations. They aren’t contributing anything significant. And yes, FF is slow as fuck and plainly unusable on Android. I didn’t mention Google anywhere in my comment.

Yeah chromium. And yeah, same, not a fan of Mozilla anymore (used to be).

Not even Chrome, btw.

Nope, no way. Not going to use Firefox.

Stop sharing YT videos, for a starter. For every shitty YT video there are thousands of good blogs explaining things in the same way (or better).
- Comment on How to Be Bad at YouTube 3 weeks ago:
I don’t use it and plainly ignore its existence. As simple as that.

It works, but it needs a bit of work. In particular, you need a router capable of redirecting all DNS call to the DNS you specify (Asus routers can do that, for instance). Moreover, one should also use a blocklist to forbid the connection to most common DoT/DoH public servers, such as

I went from pihole, to Adguard Home to (finally) ControlD. I choose to eventually outsource the DNS because I was letting all family without connection when playing with my miniserver :-P

99.9% of all these “problems” can be solved by using an ablocker DNS and a couple of adb commands (on Android).

I’m stupid. The domain was been blocked by the “newly register domains” filters on of ControlD DNS.

“You would own nothing and you’d be happy”
I’m fed up with that bullshit phrase. Please, stop parroting it. And, even if it became true… You’ll be happy, which is more than 90% of humanity could hope for.

organic iron plates, not plates of organic iron. the plates are generated by an organic process, not out of organic materials.
Makes sense, thanks
you can’t just remove a word from the context and act as if that doesn’t change the meaning.
Well, I’m not a native english speaker and the title seemed at least misleading.
