- Comment on While Democracy Burns, Democrats Prioritize… Demolishing Section 230? 8 hours ago:
It’s unfortunate that bolding doesn’t really stand out on here (at least on jerboa).
I’ve posted and shared that excerpt about the white moderate, aka, the centrist, the fence sitter, the ‘I don’t want to take sides’/‘I don’t know enough to do something’/‘I don’t want to know’, people. (Am white, not moderate, yet surrounded by every type mentioned)
It is truly amazing and infuriating how so many people are content with being complacent and apathetic.
Sometimes, I truly hate this world.

On October 7, 1940, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested members of Technocracy Incorporated, charging them with belonging to an illegal organization. One of the arrested was Joshua Norman Haldeman, a Regina chiropractor, former director of Technocracy Incorporated, and the grandfather of Elon Musk.

Except, today, the police aren’t just corrupt.
They’re militarized agents of an authoritarian state where the “president” is a foreign asset and the president is a racist billionaire with a god complex.
When Nazis, literal, actual Nazis, are given free reign to operate without oversight or opposition within the government to dismantle it, and nazis march in the streets without fear, because they are supported by the “president” and the president, the similarities end.
There are plans are in place to destroy western society, roll back decades or a century of civil rights, eliminate any social safety net, and rule by technocracy.
While you may be conflating things in jest, if you do not see the seriousness and actual present danger in the current regime, then you are just blinding yourself.
This is nothing like anything before.
This is the prelude to all out war on freedom, democracy, autonomy, and decency.
On you. On me. On your neighbors.
On everyone who doesn’t bend the knee.

Soon, a sterile breeding age person will be labelled an unproductive useless eater and the department of efficiency will remove you from the payroll of life.

I’d say you haven’t been paying attention but I just read another comment you made on another post in which you admire the power of the Nazi salute via its roman origins.
So, I’m going to assume you’re just polluting the well.

2 if them because the users kept telling me the thing I was posting, from the authorities in the subject I was posting, was not the thing I was posting.
Eg posting the definition of Foss, from the man who invented Foss, from the Foss website, was explained to me to not be Foss.

This is like when the police take away the murder weapon and charge the people responsible for inciting murder because someone killed someone and the murder weapon is a fucking nation state propaganda machine.

That’s just assumed. (But it isn’t always. Check out the birds of Fukushima - another great example of evolution manipulating physics by using a mechanism that made their feathers bright to instead use that chemistry to prevent damage to DNA from radioactivity.)
What I’m stumped by is why evolution chose that particularly bizarre and complex method that is, as explained by OP, insanely involved with manipulation of wavelengths of light vs just getting bigger or growing more claws or something similarly simple, biologically speaking.
It does it. But why. (Nobody knows)
- Comment on SHINY 2 months ago:
Like, how does nature know to manipulate quantum states and electromagnetism to achieve this result. Trial and error / random mutation /survival etc just doesn’t explain why it happens.
That’s a staggering amount of non trivial science/math stacked layer by layer. On a beetle.

Just remember:
An alpha release is unfit for public use, contains bugs, is untested, unrefined, and is likely to crash and may cause system wide issues.
An alpha is the first step, the very basic of basics, an infant in terms of development.
If anything, be an Omega man.
