In Scotland perhaps. There’s no council tax in Northern Ireland either, instead they use the rates system. I’m not aware that there are any discounts for septic tank users.

Also note that in Scotland and Northern Ireland there are no water charges, the utilities are publicly owned.

Microsoft does too. Every time I log in to Azure (or Intune, or Defender, or Microsoft 365 or whatever they’re all called these days) for work something has changed names. The documentation usually isn’t updated to reflect the changes.

Voter ID seems to work fine in Northern Ireland too. The thing with in-person voting fraud is that it’s incredibly difficult to detect.
