Hey awesome!
You are much better equipped to explain the site culture and node-structure, than I am.
I did read through various nodes during the SlashDot era, but only check-in sporadically now.

The original tiny-mic legend, Nat’s What I Reckon reviewing the overpriced-boatshow.
He grabs anything kicking around, for a mic-holder. (Find the one where he uses a sprig of rosemary as the mic-holder)

If you let us know the video or article that got you on the diet, we can advise more.
Often diet advice is bogus when it does not come from a dietician.
Some random advice can be harmful.

Possibly the super-powers-from-meat angle you are explaining. 🙃
You may need a longer sample period to identify any changes happening here.
- Comment on Question about wifi-speaker for laptop, or docking station setup. 1 week ago:
You could start cheap and see if it covers your needs.
An Anker Soundcore 2 has decent sound quality to fill a small room.
The 2 has a 3.5mm jack that you can permanently connect (with USB adapter if required).
Can be paired with a second unit for stereo sound.
Portable in a laptop bag, and 15-20hr playtime per charge.

- Comment on Have there been any technological advances in boucey ball technology in the last decade or two? 4 weeks ago:
You can carefully crack open a golf ball to reveal a decent bouncy-ball.
From memory, I think it is a weighted core, wrapped in a long thin strand of rubber.
Glue the rubber strand to stop it unravelling and it should be good.
(Crack open carefully means with a vice and a hacksaw, rather than using any knife)

I use the whoBIRD app for this (GPL v3.0).
It’s fun to watch a Kite, or similar bird, fly past and then get an ID from its birdcall.

provides refurbished Thinkpads and SFF PCs.
They each have libreboot BIOS installed, and all hardware will work with fully free drivers(no binary blobs required).
Used with a fully free distro like Trisquel, you can get a stable libre experience.
