This is missing the previous 10 minutes of them:
- carefully packing each item one at a time into the bags that are five feet away
- forgetting where they put their purse/wallet
- finding their glasses case
- putting their glasses on
- finding a huge wad of coupons and handing them all to the cashier in the hope one might be valid
- slowly reading what’s displayed on the contactless payment point
- finding their loyalty card
- finding a payment card and putting it in the machine, taking it back out, turning it around and putting it back in the correct way
- forgetting their PIN
- rummaging around for a post it note that might have the correct PIN written on it
- finding their phone, waiting for it to turn on so they can call three relatives, neighbours etc to see if they know the PIN.
- reopening the wallet to put the card away and getting cash out, starting with a tonne of coins
- being handed their receipt and having a conversation with the cashier
- moving about a foot away to put everything away again, but still managing to block the line
Fucking move it Dorris, you haven’t got long left.

Because more of them have been treated, or because they’ve died off while waiting?
Is there a supporting article?

Pro tip from someone who’s been driving manual for 30+ years: the throttle isn’t a switch. You can just press it a bit. You don’t need to redline every shift.

I keep hearing these rumblings, but I think I might have missed seeing the evidence with my own eyes. Can you elaborate?

And I agree. There’s a screen for visual notifications and vibrations for tactile ones. Making unnecessary noise in public is rude and arrogant.

The generation who refuses to use headphones and uses phones on speaker mode is complaining about the noise coming from other peoples phones?

They probably microwaved the water too, and didn’t use a saucer. No mention of when they put the milk in?
