  I had some conversation with some self-described fascists who I quickly realized were hoping to have someone come in, take over, and do exactly what they want.
  
  To me, socialism is the same thing, a hope that someone comes in, takes over everything, and does exactly what you want.

  @redditmirrorbot It's sort of ironic, body cameras tend to prove that most cops actually try really hard to do a good job and do right by people. Accountability works both ways, so I think that's a good thing. Earn respect, earn disrespect. Your choice.

  @redditmirrorbot Seems to me like this is exactly what is supposed to happen -- This guy didn't own the land, he used it and got 27 years of use out of it rent-free, and eventually the rightful owner of the land came around and told him to get out.
  
  Sometimes bad things happen. It isn't the state's fault that this guy didn't own the land he was living on, he's the one who decided to live on land he didn't own.
