Yes I take issue with alcohol ads aimed at anybody.

Absolute fringe opinion even in Germany. Most shops and bars refuse to serve 0.0 to teens below legal drinking age, ads also don’t target them.

We all should be glad we get to see one ad less unless we pay, for a limited time at least.

drugs are bad but alcohol is quirky and fun

This isn’t the first time the aesthetic trend of film posters changed but I‘m sure every time it happened there was someone being grumpy about it.
- Comment on Do you consider GTA VI overpriced? 2 weeks ago:
I don’t think Steam doesn’t pay sales tax. It’s probably just included in the final amount.

Nothing to do with Pokémon though

Not buying a product because you don’t like the product is not a boycott.

The Witcher IV is in full-scale production (probably wouldn’t be finished sooner if they threw more personnel at it) and Songs of the Past is being developed by Fool’s Theory, a studio formed by former CDP staff.

If it’s anything like the two other DLC it’s a bit more than “a bit of content”. The cynisism of putting a bad spin on supporting an old game with content is exhausting tbh.

Weird how we are suddenly against Chinese game companies like tencent due to security issues.
I don’t know who “we” is but Chinese game companies always had a bad rep. They just recently tried to gamewash their image by releasing games in this one genre with the sword and epic journeys.

Well can you see beforehand which game uses Steam DRM? And I still need the client installed to download anything, and even then I only archive the actual game, not any dependency.
