Sample kill. Scarn is a nice scent but the strength is slight (maybe 2/10). Hâttric Classic is great though. It hung with me through most of the days without being overpowering.

I’m loving Superslant L3. Today was an efficiency check. Based on my experience, Superslant L3 is more efficient than the slightly more aggressive FaTip open comb slant. I had a little more cleanup leading to a bit of extra Alum sparkle. Still an enjoyable shave from a nice chromed brass razor.

Sample kill. Mediterranean Man was nice. It smells good. It doesn’t make it to my Stirling favorites list though. I think it pairs nicely with Floïd. The Stirling tallow base was great as always.

Stirling describes it this way:
From the Chypre (meaning Cyprus) accord family of scents, it stays true to its name with top notes of lime, bergamot, melon, lemon, violet, and caraway. Its heart is made up of herbal notes, pine, ginger, jasmine, pepper, cyclamen, and nutmeg flower, and base notes of ambergris, musk, sandalwood, oakmoss, and cedar. Inspired by Creed Erolfa.
I think all the “… Man” scents from Stirling are Creed dupes.
I like Mediterranean Man but it’s not on my favorites list. Haverford, Executive Man, Ramblin’ Man, Varen, and I Rich Moose are. :)

22 hours of growth on my face. Two days of growth on the back of my head. It doesn’t matter. Superslant L3 mows it all down effortlessly. It’s a pretty noisy razor though, like spreading butter on well-done toast. I love it.
