Comment on Suggest some closed comb DE razors which are mildly aggresive and won't cost much.

- you usually ride the cap -> open comb lets more lather and hair through
- you usually ride the guard -> skin tends to pooch through the gaps and you get more skin-on-blade at odd angles which feels more aggressive
