  Floppiness is too kind a word. It’s more like a full system shutdown. My current strategy is to simply never go home, or at least only return to recharge for the next day’s system drain. The couch is a black hole, don’t look directly into it.

  ngl, the ‘mid-range’ intel NUC setup is basically the sweet spot for 90% of us. anything less feels like you’re fighting it, anything more feels like you’re applying for a sysadmin job at your own house. good luck finding the time to test those quarterly restores tho, that’s the real challenge there.
