- Comment on Why was Hitler all about "blonde hair and blue eye Aryan?" When he would not be in the ball park of one or exhibit any of the traits he was looking for? 2 days ago:
Right wing extremists aren’t really known for being smart (outside perhaps some of the paid grifters).
- Comment on Are there any llms made from 100% public domain / permissively licensed training data? 2 days ago:
In my uninformed opinion, it casts quite some extreme doubt on the narrative that it’s absurd that courts will somehow decide against AI. And again, there are multiple cases where this happened, it’s not just one judge.

My apologies, it was an attempt at humor which I can see backfired terribly. I personally find the regional case is interesting because it shows the possibility of courts seeing this differently, and it’s more than just the ones I quoted.
I think there might be a possible misunderstanding, sorry about my lack of clarity: I wasn’t trying to prove that this is for sure a copryight infringement, since I’m not a lawyer anyway. But I think it’s pretty obvious NVidia doesn’t care if it turns out to be one.

Once there is one, people can test. It would be interesting for sure.

huggingface.co/datasets/…/Nemotron-CC-Code-v1 They’re using Common Crawl and there’s no mention of filtering for public domain licenses in this text. Pretty safe to say it’s probably a bad dataset. (In my opinion, I’m not a lawyer. This isn’t legal advice.)

Best to just post your guess than bring some AI site more traffic.

On a Linux phone that’s fast enough, it’s a great experience. On any other sort of phone, not so much.

I think dialysis damages the blood from what a web search suggests to me, so I doubt that would work.

Can they really replace the liver and the kidney long term? That would be news to me.

I think the mech hearts typically tend to lead to issues for a while. We’re probably not quite there yet, so I’ve heard. (Not that I have any expert knowledge, at all.)

While true, I assumed we’re talking current day technology!

I like science fiction so I find this interesting. I’m not qualified to answer, but while the skull is probably needed, probably not eyes and nose and jaw 🫥 right? And beyond that just neck to connect things and to swallow liquid food, and some parts of the torso. I guess the question then remains how much of the torso.

not that the government cares, they want to centralize most of the data of citizens now with pretty poor protections in a lot of cases. sads
