Ive played it just now, It is interesting but more a casual game than one i would play in a long sitting. The deck building is ok, the music is quite nice actually.

Looks like an interesting game, i have been looking for more Rogue Lites, and Reading the review gave me a good impression. Been getting into deck builders too lately so i guess this is a good start.

- Comment on Microsoft finally solve the Linux dual-boot issue after 9 months 3 weeks ago:
ted that way, but I had a disk with a single partition that contained a single file - the raw disk image file, and eventually decided this is silly, the filesystem In that case its silly, i always try to dedicated hardware to things based on needs so
1TB NVME: RootFS 8TB 2x SSD4TB: Home partition 2TB NVME: Neural Network Models, Games requiring fast storage.
Based on that i setup my mounts in fstab so its not just vm images on there, i have 3 virtual disks for each class on there and i try to keep my VM images as small as possible so that i have more space for non VM things
- Comment on Microsoft finally solve the Linux dual-boot issue after 9 months 3 weeks ago:
r it, I used it for the VM as a block device. Later after a GRUB update I discovered Windows in my GRUB boot menu. Turns out GRUB detected my VM, and now I can physically boot into my VM. Which I didn’t even know was possible.
Grub did not detect your VM, it detected a bootable operating system on the drive because you passed it through to your VM. So yeah its a nice way to be able to do both VM and Dual boot.
But i prefer using a raw disk file image on my btrfs FS because i have a sub volume for the windows 11 disk images that allows me to use btrfs filesystem snapshots with windows, so whenever i make a mistake on windows i can restore it to working state within 5 minutes.
I also prefer windows not running on bare metal, because i don’t trust it or what runs on it enough for that.
- Comment on Microsoft finally solve the Linux dual-boot issue after 9 months 3 weeks ago:
Knowing how to do VFIO and putting windows where it belongs(In a VM) has been such a liberating feeling. Never ever do i have to deal with windows issues anymore.
The only down side of VFIO is that if you have never done it before the initial setup can be a bit tricky. That said, feel free to steal my configs git.xaetacore.net/jeroenmathon/vfio-configs :P

- Comment on I am sick of seeing the rich and powerful on my screen. Where are all the TV shows about normal people? 5 weeks ago:
When it comes to Japanese entertainment the majority of “Foreigner friendly” shows are Anime. But if that is not your cup of tea you have a few good game shows:
- KASSO: Wipeout! but with skateboards, Has alot of western skaters too
- EXIT!: Think of the SAW movies but with celebrities, Its really entertaining to watch them speed run death traps.
- Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!! (Comedians doing challenges and pulling pranks on eachother) When it comes to gameshows the Japanese are leagues ahead of the west, Ive seen some batshit insane stuff come from these game shows.
If you are into overly absurt gore(Non Anime):
- Grotesque: Literal torture porn
- Tokyo gore police: This is just so insanely over the top
Good movies that arent gore(Non Anime):
- Survive Style +5: Absolute cult classic very trippy movie, guy mentally turns into a pidgeon in the movie too very funny
- Ichi the Killer: A yakuza enforce and a wanna be hero fight, it has gore but in moderation, is a cult classic the guy who played the yakuza enforcer is a legend
- Fukushima Daiichi: A realistic movie replaying the events of the fukushima disaster, With the same actor that plays in Tokyo vice: This honestly is an amazing film as well, really takes you into the hopelessness of an natural disaster, Its the HBO Chernobyl of Japan basically
Must watch TV shows:
- Tokyo vice: A western journalist moves to japan to work for the top news paper in japan but gets tied up with the yakuza Honestly this has to be one of the best tv shows i have watched in a while, it is so well put together you have some good actors too like the guy from Fukuchima Daiichi movie. Really takes you into both worlds, The police, Yakuza and Sallary man
- Giri/Haji(Brittish show): But also has alot of scenes in Japan: Tokyo detective, travels to London in search of his brother, Yuto (Yōsuke Kubozuka), who was previously assumed to be dead. Yuto has been accused of murdering the nephew of a Yakuza member, which threatens to start a gang war in Tokyo
I could give you so many more good examples but i think such a wall of text would bore you and im not sure if this kind of stuff is your cup of tea 😅 But i hope this gives you some interesting material to look at c:

Should we be surprised, I also have a feeling that this game is way too overhyped and then a lot of people are going to be disappointed when it releases
- Comment on I am sick of seeing the rich and powerful on my screen. Where are all the TV shows about normal people? 5 weeks ago:
Am I honest opinion most things that come out of the United States are shit, so if you exclude the United States from your entertainment library you get left with some pretty good stuff. Just stop watching from sources that reliably produce bad content
- Comment on I am sick of seeing the rich and powerful on my screen. Where are all the TV shows about normal people? 5 weeks ago:
Japan has an incredible wealth of entertainment in their TV shows. I highly reccomend KASSO! Its ninja warrior but with skating they have English guests and translations on their YT channel.
Usually non US shows and Movies are alot better imho. Another something you should not sleep on are UK TV shows. Like: The Responder a show about a first responder who is struggling with mental illness and the pressure of his work.
So broaden your horizon, The industry is not as bad as you think

OS, playstoreOS, xbox …all a scam. i just ment september is going to be aweful because it’ll be the last nail in that coffin for the publisher and i am disgusted by the windows aligned release date.
Honestly, i have been trying stuff from european-alternatives.eu/categories and have been having a way better time. Also knowing that most of my shit is protected by GDPR when using these corps is alot better than having my data in the US

You mean people leaving windows for Linux or people quitting Xbox? Regardless the less people use Windows the better in my opinion. There are so much better alternatives not limited to Linux.
- Comment on EA aren't making any more rally games, but there are alternatives 5 weeks ago:
I think its a good thing, because EA should not be publishing games anymore. I hope this vacuum stimulates the indie scene to make something better than EA(Which shouln’d be hard tbh)
