Totally agree!
I see the problem more in the parents. First, that these kids can use the iPad so much and second, that they can just consume on it. Like you said: Create, build and explore. Use the iPad, not get used by the iPad.

Ehrlich gesagt bin ich mir nicht sicher, weil ich nur alte Autos fahre (jüngstes Baujahr 2012). Nach Recherche würde ich aber sagen: Ja, man muss auch mit Neuwagen alle 2 Jahre zum TÜV.

As a “mechanic” myself, I can say: many people mean, if we wouldn’t have the TÜV (car inspection) every 2 years in Germany, they would neglect so much! I’m talking, no oil change, no new tires, even with barely any profile left, no new brakes…

I understand, it could be useful in foggy situations. But preventing a crash should be the exception, not normal, even in fog!

In Linux you can actually (un)install features you want (or don’t want) without the whole system breaking.
Also: Why the hell does Microsoft Edge run in the background all of the time?!
