- Comment on Prince of Persia remake apparently still on track for 2026, per Ubisoft 2 days ago:
So coming in 2032 with 7 DLC and a Battlepass. Got it.

From what I understand it’s a modified version of the Samsung DEX, which in my experience was very decent.
For actual desktop, Linux is always great.
- Comment on [deleted] 5 days ago:
Android 16 will come with a desktop mode (like Samsung Dex). The Steam Deck is a pretty portable full fledged Linux PC.
- Comment on What's going on with Borderlands 2? Steam is giving it for free, but the game has 23% positive recent reviews. 1 week ago:
I noticed too.

PS5 exclusive? Meh.
- Comment on Palworld confirms ‘disappointing’ game changes forced by Pokémon lawsuit 5 weeks ago:
I think they will lose customers over this, sure, but nowhere near enough to make them reconsider being the biggest a-holes in gaming (take that 2nd place, EA)
- Comment on Nintendo is Trying to Stop You From Filing Lawsuits Against Them With New EULA Amendment 5 weeks ago:
Anyone still buying Nintendo products at this point isn’t paying attention.
- Comment on Palworld confirms ‘disappointing’ game changes forced by Pokémon lawsuit 5 weeks ago:
I was one of those but they were losing me more and more every year… But 3 years ago it became way too much, and I got off the bandwagon. Screw that lol.
I hope they don’t make as many sales as they expect… But you may be right, too many people who will buy their crap however expensive and how much they’re being mistreated by the company.
- Comment on Palworld confirms ‘disappointing’ game changes forced by Pokémon lawsuit 5 weeks ago:
Nintendo is just a garbage lawsuit company that sometimes makes hardware with stupid subscriptions attached.
- Comment on Death Stranding 2 preview: how a big dollop of Metal Gear is expanding Kojima's bizarre epic 5 weeks ago:
I saw that Kojima talked to Conan recently… Maybe Conan will be in this one too?
- Comment on is it ok to call a woman “sir” in your opinion? 1 month ago:
Ok? Sure, who cares.
Sensical? Nope.
- Comment on I'm bored and desperately search for a proper game 1 month ago:
If Baldur’s Gate 3 is your speed, that game gives me countless hours of trying new ways to change the story and game.
- Comment on Switch 2 mouse mode (such potential) 2 months ago:
And I’m Canadian, so it’s already almost $105… We’re talking $120 if it goes to 90 USD. Noooo thanks.
- Comment on Switch 2 mouse mode (such potential) 2 months ago:
Meh is my reaction, mostly if the games are $80 USD.
- Comment on Switch 2 mouse mode (such potential) 2 months ago:
I mean… A gaming mouse is probably cheaper than the controller alone lol
- Comment on What phones are the government people using that are supposedly secure enough to discuss war plans? iPhone? Android? Some special custom-made phone specifically for the government? 2 months ago:
Good ol’ Blackberry baby!
… Nah, but I miss my physical keyboard…
- Comment on Why are Maries Sues hated while Gary Stus are loved? 2 months ago:
And I hate Superman for that reason.
The hate on Captain Marvel was a bit over the top, but the movie was mid at best. So it didn’t deserve praise, but didn’t deserve the vitriol of fragile dudes either. Just for me it wasn’t good for the same reason Superman wasn’t good.
- Comment on What would happen if the Supreme Court sent a US Marshall to arrest a member of the executive branch? 2 months ago:
I think we’re also forgetting the US Supreme Court probably wouldn’t even do anything resembling enforcing the constitution, as demonstrated by the 5-4 decision lately (barely respected the constitution)

- Comment on [deleted] 2 months ago:
Shareholders and politics.
Shareholders for Reddit, for sure, since they went public recently. What made the platform what it is will be censored until shareholders are happy. Users will be a second thought, or already are.
Politics because billionaires hate to pay taxes, so they’ll do anything to be in the good graces of politicians.
I’m glad we have alternatives now at least.
- Comment on 'Boreout' is the new burnout—how to combat this 'big factor' in workplace unhappiness, from Wharton psychologist Adam Grant 2 months ago:
Anything but addressing the real issues. It must be the worker that’s wrong, not the fact that they have to do 3 times the work for half the pay, noooo
- Comment on [deleted] 3 months ago:
Then so should authoritarianism
- Comment on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach | Pre-Order Trailer 3 months ago:
I hope Conan O’Brien is in this one too.
- Comment on uhh… my ex girlfriend and long-time friend is now cishet, very christian, and makes those “i identify as” jokes regarding trans people. would it end up bad for me if i continued to be her friend? 3 months ago:
It depends on who your other friends are. It doesn’t reflect well on you overall, I’d say, buy at the end of the day, having self respect means walking away when someone is this needlessly abrasive
- Comment on Why are entertainers paid so much? 3 months ago:
Here’s what it comes down to: negotiations based on how much money the industry makes from their work. Because without the artist, comedian, etc., their profit vanish.
Now understand that every worker in the world could realise the same thing. That’s what unions are for, having that weight to give the employees of a company leverage and ask for a bit more of the pie that wouldn’t exist without their work. Why do you think businesses fight unions so damn hard? Because it’s easier to distract or scare enough of a worker group, mostly compared to a single artist.

Watch the episode of House MD with the magician. Pretty much that.

I play games to escape reality, so no thanks.

Hey, it’s not like experimenting with sucking the man you’ve been living with since 1996 is a telltale sign or anything!
- Comment on Question about (what I think are) gay selfies 3 months ago:
Wait, you mean straight people can do stereotypical gay things and gay people can do stereotypical straight things, all while having no effect on their sexuality?
Woah.
