  Class War never went away, but they only call it Class War when the poor fight back. Otherwise it is just “business as usual”.

  Millions protested against the invasion of Iraq, the USA invaded Iraq anyway. Mass protests are ignored by the oligarchs.

  Now if the USians grew spines and organized a general strike, that might get the ruling class’s attention.

  The oligarch owned media/government/education system wants the working class fighting each other rather than going after the real parasites (the oligarchs). They use 24/7 cradle to grave propaganda to convince people that the threat comes from “others” instead of the bosses. Easier to get people to punch down.
