- Comment on Albanese vowed no changes to housing tax breaks. Now he's defending reforms 2 weeks ago:
I own my house outright. I own a vacant block of land outright. Soon there will be a house on that block of land, which I am on track to own outright within five years.
I support housing reforms and don’t think they should grandfather anything in.
I know what it’s like to be incredibly poor and the class mobility that let me go from growing up in poverty to relative wealth no longer exists. It needs to be fixed.

I don’t seem to be able to buy this in Australia. Yet I can buy a dozen different products to selectively kill the clover in my lawn.
That sucks, I really like clover. It’s nice to walk on.

Given the age of consent is 16, it’s a bit stupid to include 17 year olds as children.
- Comment on Coalition MPs should embrace net zero policies or risk alienating voters, Liberal senator warns 11 months ago:
Ugh, no.
The liberal party are terrible, I don’t want them to start claiming they’re in support of net zero. Because that’s all it would be, a claim. They would continue to push for more emissions and continue their anti science bullshit, just not publically.
- Comment on ‘We have a mandate to act’: PM throws open doors to bolder agenda 11 months ago:
The constant chase of productivity increases can make sense, but only if you’re not trying to increase output at the same rate.
We should be trying to reduce the total amount of work done, while increasing the quality of life of all Australians. If that is the goal then productivity increases are a win for everyone.

Tofu is pretty good when prepared well. Very low chance of contracting some fucked disease too.
- Comment on There’s a new COVID variant driving up infections. A virologist explains what to know about NB.1.8.1 11 months ago:
When testing just remember, any positive at all, no matter how faint, means you are infectious.
