50/c for 10 tours through highly cacheable data is easily profitable. but profitability is a completely unrelated point. as you touched on briefly.
Which takes me back to: ‘this is just all kinds of fucked up’
- Comment on Charging to tour rental properties... 1 week ago:
we’re not missing anything. renters don’t pay for tours of units. that’s the landlords problem. this is just all kinds of fucked up.
- Comment on At this point who in the world could stop Trump over doing something totally illegal? Like lets say using bunker buster bombs to destroy DEM cities? Or is USA communially FUCKED? 2 weeks ago:
because you and these protests are quoting 3.5% as if its a fact. its a magnitude without a vector. the vector is the important aspect, not the magnitude. if your vector is ‘run around city limits with pithy signage’ (our current protests) I assure you, nothing will change even if you had 50% of the population doing it.
historically its when the vector hits around 3.5% that matters. if you have the wrong vector the magnitude is completely unrelated and you’ll end up in a different location than you expected. Notice that around aspect of 3.5% because guess what: it actually isnt a value that matters much. its the vector that actually institutes change.
the population against the GOP and Trump already exceeds 3.5% they just dont know how to effectively protest and the people running these protests have nfc what they are doing when it comes to leading such activities. that was the point of the voting numbers.
my point is quoting that number as if its a magical threshold we need to reach without anything else is actually counter productive to actually getting change.
the problem with you being an idiot and spouting this nonsense is hilariously exemplified by your assertion that reading papers and books somehow gives you insights without actually putting that information into its proper context which you clearly havent, nor have the people running these protests.

Sources for pver 3.5%: see the 2023 election results.
Sources for violence: pick a movement. Will find the violent aspects. But lets use gandhi as an initial example
If you think just gaving 3.5% of the populations support is sufficient you’re an idiot. You need that support to be willing to do something that negatively impacts society, strikes, sit ins, etc.
You’ll note the distinct lack of actual activity against trump. People are more interested in waving signs and listening to people talk than actuallundoing anything.
Thrn you twats run around screeching 3.5% is all we need! God you’re all idiots.

I’m well aware of it. sorry but basically every instance of a government falling from power have substantial violent elements operating simultaneously with the non-violent. just quoting ‘if we 3.5% of the population’ gets you no where. we already have 3.5% of the population against trump/gop. the problem is you twits dont know how to protest effectively.
- Comment on At this point who in the world could stop Trump over doing something totally illegal? Like lets say using bunker buster bombs to destroy DEM cities? Or is USA communially FUCKED? 3 weeks ago:
people need to stop quoting that 3% nonsense. its not 3% of the population chanting and waving signs that trigger change. its violence, either economic, property or physical. you’re not going to accomplish anything until you start breaking shit. and from i’ve seen people in the US are no where near the state of being willing to do that.

You have a mioptic view of the universe of options. Expecting the established systems that have literally failed at every opportunity to somehow put a check on trump is fool hardy.
If you want him stopped you will have to stop him.

as i said people are clueless. pay attention to how people are actually behaving. most frontline individuals are either dutifully following orders or quitting. the idea that the military will refuse trump is absolutely not couched in reality.

yes and no. I think the idea here long term is similar to the printer dots on normal printers. where they track/record those from factory to the point of sale. if the nozzles leave identifying marks (something I’d totally believe) then even destroying said printer might not help you if you used a credit card to purchase it.

unless its unrelated to the nozzle it’ll be easily circumvent by replacing said nozzles.

Gabe’s wealth isnt a problem. if you dislike his yach the problem is in the taxation system of the country not the individuals wealth.
BBB hasnt been relavant for decades its a dead ratings system that was bought out years ago by corpo interests. citing them is like citing donald trump on medical treatments for covid.
oh no! 80 employees? the horror. thats literally what software is about. its economics of scale are insane. you dont need more than a couple dozen people if they’re competent.
finally: geoblocking is a feature developers enable. they don’t have to. steam doesnt force them to. if you dont like it don’t by those games. I promise you there are plenty of games you can buy that dont have it.
really if this is all you have as complaints thats pretty small time. compared to google/apple/microsoft/EA/nabisco mistreatment of their employees, funding of fascist politicians, etc. quite frankly I have bigger concerns than gabe being wealthy.
- Comment on Epic reduce their cut to 0% for the first $1 million in revenue for devs on the Epic Games Store 3 months ago:
This is likely 100% misinformation. Only EU lawsuit i found was clone about geo blocking games. Which is a game developer/publisher decision not valves.
From there we can extrapolate the rest of their comment is nonsense.

And as for sound healing: define healing. ;) many people find emotional release through music. Which is an example of healing.
You basically just sound like an anal retentive ass afk who hasnt even started to comprehend the world and people around them.

they couldn’t reason their way out of a wet paper bag.
neither can you apparently. you’re confusing reasoning with jargon. they just speak a different dialect.
‘focus energy in your feet’ is tell you to ground yourself, loosen your knees and tighten the core. chi describes focusing your mental attention on something. any person who has snowboarded/skateboarded would understand exactly what that person is saying if they bothered to listen and put the terms into context.
do you consider ‘sound healing’ bogus? what if I told you your cells have receptors that can detect sound vibrations (your ears work right? but its more than that individual cells can too.)? which cause neural impulses which can impact large areas of the brain and body directly and indirectly.
your problem is you dont stop to listen and understand what these people are saying and you just dismiss it because they settled on using a different way of speaking and describing concepts that are nontraditional in western societies.

Nutty sure but most of them are all about emotional wellness and support and very few are okay with trump or republicans.
It always amuses me when the people who think they’re rational and shit on the mystic groups miss out on wonderful friends and allies.
Kind of like the 2019 campaign when everone shit on Marianne Williamson.
- Comment on How much of a risk is it for naturalized US Citizens (or those with Derivative Citizenship) to protest against the US government, compared to natural-born US Citizens? 5 months ago:
Protesting is the least useful form of collective action. Dont worry if you cant participate in it directly. Its not materially useful.
What you need to do is organize locally and hold your local reps to the fire. Ensure your local elections are run fairly, etc etc.
Help run info ops for naturalized citizens who are comfortable taking direct action. Gather information and make it publicly available. Could be as simple as locating all the charging stations in your state for example. Or dossiers on particularly disgusting ceos.
Plenty of things you can do without directly exposing yourself.
