The real problem is that it’s a pain sometimes and the fact they suggest to restart every hour is even worse. Recently, I had a problem where it started to play some videos and then stopped the playback and from there it went in a reloading loop till you get something like “The media playback is broken”

It’s always like that. Try to search for a popular program for PC (as example) without ad blocker, I bet the first results are ads from totally different sites that use the program name in their title so people click thinking it’s the real program. How this is not illegal is beyond me, and it’s Google’s fault, they allow that and they should be punished with fines

- If the launcher somehow forgets what games you have installed you have to redownload the whole game again, no simple “scan to find installed games” (No, tricks to do it don’t count)
- They got caught sniffing your steam friend list
- Scummy “Reviews” system where you have to choose between refunding the game or hoping to have a chance to review the game
- "Review” system so barebone you can’t even write your own reviews but pick from predetermined ones
- "Customer support" so dogshit they can’t even help you if someone hacks in your account (Steam does it pretty well)
The list goes on… There you go your “try to come up with something more original”

I could cancel it via their web page after digging through their menus a bit.
Checked the app and sent me to an empty page, their support center (or whatever) page sent me to my “manage subscription” yet I had another empty page. I looked all the pages possible and nothing

The problem is: Calling should be the last thing to do if for some reasons the process went wrong or there are technical problems, not because Scamazon decides to give you white page because they dont want you to cancel

For me it randomly changes the delivery day after the purchase. Like “You’ll receive it tomorrow” buy it “May fuck you, it’s Saturday”
Oh and wanted to cancel amazon prime because I’m tired of their be and guess what: Both app and site sends you to a blank page when you try to cancel, you have to call support to do it. fuck amazon
