- Comment on Square Enix says it wants generative AI to be doing 70% of its QA and debugging by the end of 2027 1 day ago:
Well, it’s not game development, but bugfixes and quality testing.
I dont know, but it does makes sense, when there’s still 30% work being done by human eyes. There will still be people checking everything through.
Even if they hit 50-50, they could put more money into the development.
The argument that they will just save the money only works as long as another company doesnt use it for game devs. Otherwise you naturally fall behind.
- Comment on Pornhub says UK visitors down 77% since age checks came in 6 days ago:

- Comment on 'A game, once sold, belongs to the customer': Prominent EU politician stands up for Stop Killing Games 3 months ago:
I know the option for buying movies exist. You can do it on Apple Store. You can download offline, but only into their own ecosystem.
That would be a case, where you are forced to let them download.
But it’s more realistic, that they just remove that option, than letting people download it out of their shop.

Duolingo still have translators. They just dont have as much. Now they only need to double check the output.
Its not an all or nothing situation.
- Comment on Duolingo will replace contract workers with AI 6 months ago:
Im curious as how it makes it finacially impossible for improvements by actual translators?
And what improvements do you mean?
- Comment on Duolingo will replace contract workers with AI 6 months ago:
Okay, real talk guys. If there’s one thing LLM’s actually CAN do, its language and translation. The best ones are also great at context.
You sound a bit like people yelling at companies for laying off typewriter manufactures when the computer came along.
And we are in the technology community…

- Comment on EU orders Apple to open up access to iOS notifications, allow AirDrop alternatives - GSMArena.com news 7 months ago:
The company argued that it is being unfairly targeted by the DMA, letting others “freely leech off of it” - a bold claim from a company that locks down basic features, charges for what others offer for free, and blocks third-party innovations unless it gets a cut.

I have to disagree.
To play with these brands in the LEGO ecosystem is fantastic for me and the kid. We really enjoy the cross overs you can make, and LEGO makes sure everything fits.
But if LEGO didnt måle “OG content”, I would agree. But they do.
