You can’t display a €99 pack and list it as “starting from 4,99” where that price belongs to the cheaper pack.
  • addressing problems with digital contracts (e.g. difficult cancellations of subscriptions, auto-renewals or free trials converted into paid subscriptions, use of chatbots for customer service). See the first point about dark patterns, this is just in a wider scope to emphasise it’s not just online but specifically about subscriptions and cancelling them.   Giving feedback is as easy as logging in to the website and filling in the form. I was able to use my eID that uses my national government ID app that I use for everything else in my country.

  I had to use Google but I put the quote in quotation marks “At this there was uproar for some minutes” and searched for books only.

  Nah, the OP of one reddit thread admitted he tried more than just his backups:

  • Dude is a prolific poster in Switch hacking communities and he used an account which he previously used with a hacked Switch 1.

  • He admits trying the migswitch with the Switch 2 and it starting downloading something.

  • They got an online ban, so offline games and such still work.

  You can agree or disagree whether piracy should be legal or whether backup copies are permitted (depends on jurisdiction), but this dude obviously played with fire and got burnt.

  TL;DR: don’t be stupid and get banned for breaking ToS (whether you agree with it or not)

  There’s always a percentage of devices that will show defects, especially the launch wave. QA can never get 100% of units passed.

  Does anyone remember the PS5 issues with the disc drive, rest mode, coil whine etc during launch?

  Now it this turns into a pattern / widespread issue I’m ready to jump on the bandwagon, but this is not out of the ordinary.

  Well, almost. They use the moon for navigation like we used to use stars on the open sea for navigation.

  Light bulbs mess this up because suddenly after a bit of travel the “moon” is in a wildly different place than before, tripping them up because they can’t process why that happened.

  Yeah the vents are a fun addition, albeit somewhat slow as you have to crawl through them.

  There was one vent that took me through a small alcove with dangerous goop, to another vent that took me to one of those horses. Safe to say we didn’t get it down without damaging it considering we were up way high and that thing is heavy af.

  Still, fun times

  I don’t know why no one is mentioning this, but your feelings are valid and important. Assuming you extend this to people you’ve just met, eventually someone will either take advantage of this or think you like them because you don’t say no, even when uncomfortable.

  Don’t do that to yourself. Whatever you did (as a kid), you don’t deserve that.
