  For one thing you are recognizing effort in others and thats genuine, you probably don’t want anything from them either. You don’t want to appear to be fishing for reciprocal compliments. You are doing “work” even if it is part of your practices and how you conduct yourself. Nothing wrong with trying to be kind, but its not the same as what happens when you are in a conversation with a friend and acting naturally

  our education has been declining for as long as I’ve been alive. I think it still succeeds in it’s systemic goal of creating drone slaves for the empire… anyhow dunning-kruger is a bitch. It’s easy to mistake information available to you through your phone as knowledge you actually possess, If I was in charge of educating people I would challenge those notions by putting them in situations where they have to apply that knowledge and how it’s dangerous to assume everyone with a platform is a credible source of information

  just gotta try stuff, nutrition is really personal in my opinion. you have to notice you’re fatgiued, or addled and correlate it with if your diet is lacking something or if you are just dehydrated or sleep deprived.
