I loved it but I ain’t buying it a second time!

It’s not fair, but I give a pass to Sony as their games are more my type and I’ve always used Sony consoles a lot.
Sony ain’t probably better than Nintendo as a conpany, that’s also why I’m extendibg my reach with Steam Deck gaming in the future.
- Comment on Nintendo reserves the right to brick your console following "unauthorised use", in bid to prevent piracy 2 weeks ago:
I’ve recently decided to complete all the games we’ve bought on our family Switch before allowing myself to get a Steam Deck alongside my Ps5.
While Nintendo has some very good games, I think I’ll never buy again from them.

So true. And what’s sad is that so many people love these two companies😨
- Comment on Gears of War: Reloaded announced, coming this summer to PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 3 weeks ago:
Finally I’ll be able to replay the first Gears of War.
If it runs on the Steam Deck, I might even play it there instead of on my ps5.

Finally I’m seeing someone giving proof that games were more expensive back in the days.
Of course the gaming market was smaller, but I remember my parents buying me shitty games for a really high price.
I’m not asking for a price increase, but clearly games were more expensive in the 80-90-00s.

Really interesting article! I love reading about manufacturing processes and the business side of gaming.
- Comment on Do you think Square Enix should remake other Final Fantasy entries? 4 weeks ago:
I think I enabked it, but it’s clearly not the same as the system from the old games.
- Comment on Do you think Square Enix should remake other Final Fantasy entries? 4 weeks ago:
I’d have loved turn based combat to remain in FF7 remake.
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the remake bit it doesn’t feel as tactical as the old one in my memory.
- Comment on Man, I really slept on Days Gone (mini review) 4 weeks ago:
From what I’ve seen there is the Broken Road DLC but it doesn’t bring any new story.
- Comment on Man, I really slept on Days Gone (mini review) 4 weeks ago:
I really enjoyed it even if the story was a bit bad in some parts (not sure but I remember the beginning being pretty bad). I’d be happy to play a second one if it happened to be developped.

I’m sure the work isn’t gonna be lost and someone might step up.
I know it’s easy to say as I’m doing nothing to help them, but I’m pretty optimistic work is still gonna get done.

Of course a Steam Deck would be better suited, but it’s great to see people pushing the limits of what can be done.
That’s how Linux is gonna be able to save M Macs once they don’t get MacOs updates.

Not that I know of.
I guess my way of seeing the world isn’t shared by so many people.

I love this game except for the fact that it serms having the buggest city is the way to win when having the best quality of lufe and the least environnemental impact would be my way to win. But I guess it’s my green side😅
These games are what’s making me look at PC gaming instead at just Playstation.
- Comment on Last of Us 2 is beautifully animated 1 month ago:
Simply the most beautiful game I’ve ever played (not even on ps5 but on ps4) and one of the greatest too.

Okay I understand now, but I think the formulation could have been better then😇
- Comment on 6* months away now. If you're on 10, do you plan to upgrade? Make the jump to Linux? 1 month ago:
Why? I’ve been running a Surface Go 1 with Fedora since 2020 and I plan on keeping it until 2029 at least.
So I can’t ser the planned obsolescence except if you meant the ability to upgrade its internals…
- Comment on PlayStation’s extraordinary effort to preserve its game-making history 1 month ago:
Yeah I guess so.
That’s why I’ll soon be getting a Steam Deck to sit alongside my Playstation.
It’s my first move towards Linux gaming.
- Comment on PlayStation’s extraordinary effort to preserve its game-making history 1 month ago:
I ain’t so convinced to be honest, but I’m always jeeping an eye on their moves.
Playstation 6 will really reveal a lot about their plans.
We might have a fully retrocompatible console with a (optional) disc drive.
We might also have a digital only console with subscriptions.
Ii it’s the later, I’ll be jumping to Linux gaming.
- Comment on PlayStation’s extraordinary effort to preserve its game-making history 1 month ago:
If they do this, I might leave Sony. But I don’t think they would such a thing except if they really remive every physical drive, which would also make me think about leaving.
- Comment on PlayStation’s extraordinary effort to preserve its game-making history 1 month ago:
Clearly the article is about game preservation. Could they do more? Of course but it’s already a start.
Let’s hope the PS6 lets you play games from every generation before.

It would be lovely to let Microsoft subsidize and just put Linux on it as a big fuck you while letting Valve save some money on the R&D required to build a Steam Deck 2

This is a really interesting article!
I’m all for an end to exclusivities. Just let me enjoy whatever I want on whatever platform I want as long as it’s optimized enough.
If Xbox people get Uncharted, I ain’t gonna cry as long as I get Gears of War for instance.
- Comment on Assassin's Creed Shadows should run on the Steam Deck, proving a curious point 2 months ago:
I’m happy if the Steam Deck remains relevant for a while as I plan on buying an used LCD one alongside my ps5.

If they want to keep me on their platform they’ll probably have to, otherwise it’s gonna be a Linux PC for me with all the hassle PC gaming means in my eyes.
- Comment on GTA VI Might Inspire Other AAA Developers to Price Their Games at $100 4 months ago:
It’s surprising that games are getting cheaper compared to the cost of living. If you take into consideration the fact that games are becoming more expensive to produce, I really don’t understand it.
Gaming is way cheaper for me than it was during the ps2 or ps3 era.
